As a musician who also teaches yoga and spin full-time, I need to pay special attention to my nutrition without spending a lot of time in preparation. Vega offers me a quick, pre- or post-class meal that not only tastes great but is also packed with the vitamins and nutrients that I need every day.
The intention of my international yoga + music tour aligns with Vega's core values. It's a sacred journey offering up service towards health, well-being, optimism, consciousness and community through yoga and music. It's about inspiring people to go for their dreams no matter how many challenges they face.
