Ultra running is about going beyond our limits by making training a way of life and drawing on our developed physical, mental and spiritual resources. In 2006, I happened upon VEGA and haven't looked back. Since then, as a VEGA Ambassador I have continued to grow, learn, advance and achieve more success as an athlete.
Indeed, sacrificing ourselves to work through training and competition barriers in order to achieve our goals demands us to be on top of what nutritional needs we have. It is no coincidence that VEGA has been in my corner through my development and this is proof that since it has made a huge difference for me as an athlete, it can also do so for you!
